The FMC DAC SFP board was foreseen to enhance AMC FMC Carrier or any FMC HPC carrier with fibre connectivity.
Since the original project was used as multi-channel fibre-insulated digital oscilloscope with analogue, real-time preview, 4-channel DAC was addded. The board can be manufactured also as DAC only or SFP-only.
