Release 2.0 of spec-sw, with wr-nic

I’m proud to announce version 2.0 of the spec-sw package, including
wr-nic and simple-dio support with working examples.

You can update your git repository, or if you miss one you can clone
from git:https://www.ohwr.org/fmc-projects/spec/spec-sw.git .

I uploaded the pdf and complete tarball (the tar is a git clone, as
usual, and it includes compiled documentation for those that lack
TeX). Both are in the “files” tab of the ohwr project. Direct links
