Hello everyone,

Tomorrow morning morning (Tuesday, July the 5th) we’ll test a new update process on the ohwr site, called “hotfix”. This new procedure should allow us to fix small bugs or add small new features while the site is running - with no “maintenance” stop.

If everything works as planned, the only thing you will experience is a small delay (3-4 seconds) on the page loading time on the site, around 08:00 CEST.

Although unlikely, it’s possible that complications will occur, since this will be the first time we do this kind of deployment in production. We’ll be monitoring the deployment closely to sort out any such issues.

This hotfix will only contain a small patch on the interface to the sympa mailing lists.

We apologize for any inconvenience this could cause.
