E-bone first stable release (time stamp 27 March 2014)

E-bone first stable release is now available from the FILES section.

The specification moves to revision 1.3.

Extensive tests have been run on different hardware platforms.
More specifically dumping large (DDR) memory blocks to the PCIe root complex
with unaligned addressing and byte-accurate sizes have been checked.

E-bone transport over fast serial links (Serial E-bone) is also mature for elementary transactions. Fast transmitter tests using DMAC are still pending however.
